the bedroom was very spacious and clean, with great storage spaces and a good tv. housekeeping was prompt and of a high standard, and the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was close to Masjid An-Nabawi and surrounded by small shops and shopping centers.

Great location near the mosque, upgraded to a spacious room with excellent facilities, accommodating staff, delicious breakfast, and amazing hospitality.

I chose Saja Al Madinah solely for its proximity to Masjid Nabwi, and I was pleasantly surprised by the additional facilities like concierge services and 24-hour room service. The courteous and multilingual staff also made my stay comfortable and convenient.
Issues were present with the hotel's outdated state, non-functional mini-bar, inconsistent cleaning, and unenthusiastic staff.
